Armor phys-rep

Please message me here or on other forums (preferably other forums, as they are sure to elicit a quicker response) if you are able to help me put together a phys-rep for 3-point armor. I have a vest I would like to use -- perhaps sewing in metal plates? I don't mind if it's a little crude, as long as it lasts and fulfills the requirement for 3-point. We have a war day coming up (Feb. 17th); I would like to be ready
