When a business claims a building, is anyone able to sleep there, or so they have to have the permission of the person running the business to sleep there?

Generally, the business owner can select who gets to stay at their location, as this is something Plot tries not to adjudicate unless necessary. However, on sites with limited beds, the business owner may be asked to allow people to sleep there who would otherwise not have a place to stay. We'd also ask that the business owner not purposely reserve a building all to themselves unless there are ample enough sleeping areas (for instance, Harrison Bay).
